Past Experience

Bob has more than 30 years of experience practicing commercial, financial, and bankruptcy litigation, and general business law, with special emphasis in middle-market transactions. His practice has included a wide range of civil litigation matters and middle-market transactions. As a senior trial and appellate attorney, he handles complex matters with substantial financial exposure to clients and representation of clients in arbitration and mediation.

Prior to entering private practice, Bob was a law assistant to the justices of the Appellate Division, Second Department, of the New York State Supreme Court.
